Guidelines for 4th Quarter, A.Y. 2021-2022
Mapúans, the guidelines for the 4th Quarter of Academic Year 2021-2022 have been released. The online enrollment and online academic advising are scheduled from May 17 to May 20, 2022.
Students who intend to participate in the limited face-to-face classes of the courses listed must accomplish the online survey on limited F2F courses for 4Q A.Y. 2021-2022 at https://forms.office.com/r/WkqxjCT7sZ on or before May 10, 2022, 5:00 p.m. Students participating in the limited face-to-face classes must submit their proof of vaccination status (vaccination card) and proof of registration with PhilHealth or medical insurance covering COVID-19-related illnesses to [email protected] before the start of face-to-face sessions.
