INFORMATION TO ALL CANDIDATES FOR GRADUATION
Date of Graduation: January 15, 2021
- DEFICIENCIES
Please consult your Program Section Chief through email regarding any deficiencies.
Any grade of I (incomplete) /IP (In-Progress) must be completed on or before the deadline set by the Registrar.
Deadline for 1st Quarter 2020-21 Candidates: November 27, 2020
- DIPLOMAS
Diplomas are issued only once. In case of loss, a letter of request is required to obtain a duplicate copy.
- TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS (TOR)
The start of application for diploma and transcript of records is on January 18, 2021.
The transcripts of records are issued on a “first come, first served” basis.
- FOR THE BOARD EXAMS
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) requires the transcript of records (with recent photo) of graduates who are applying to take board examinations.
Student accounts in all departments must be cleared before the issuance of any certification.
- CARDINAL AND GOLD
Subscription to the Cardinal & Gold (Yearbook) is compulsory.
